1. Who we are

RedditQuik (“we”, “us”) provides Reddit monitoring and intelligence tools for founders and marketers. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.

2. Data we collect about you

Account data: your name, email address and a hashed password when you register. We never store passwords in plain text.

Usage data: the keywords you track, your notification preferences, and basic activity needed to operate the service (e.g. plan limits).

Billing data: if you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by PayPal. We store your subscription status and plan — we never see or store your card or bank details.

3. Reddit content we process

RedditQuik collects publicly available Reddit posts that match the keywords you track (title, subreddit, author username, score, comment count, link and date). This is public content authored by third parties, processed to provide the monitoring service you requested.

We do not collect private messages, private subreddits, or any non-public Reddit data.

4. AI processing

Collected public posts are analyzed by AI providers (Google Gemini, optionally OpenAI) to produce summaries, intent scores and insights. Only the public post content is sent for analysis — never your account data.

5. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the processors required to run the service: our hosting provider, AI providers (public post content only), email delivery (your address, for alerts you enabled) and PayPal (billing).

7. Retention & deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your profile, keywords, collected mentions and insights. You can request deletion at any time from Settings or by contacting us.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
